Below are detailed descriptions and schedules for each of our Development Programs.

Learning Forums (Formerly Consult Teletrainings)

Designed for providers or front office staff, our weekly learning forums facilitate continued training, conveniently and efficiently. The power of our peer network is a driving force behind the success of these meetings.

Leadership Forums (Formerly Consult DO Teletrainings)

Designed for Practice Leaders, these weekly forums provide an open discussion about the challenges your personnel face and how to overcome them. They help you hold your team accountable to their goals, maintaining an “opportunity mindset,” and generate leads for your practice.

Skill Advancement Workshops (Formerly Quarterly Sales Training)

Held quarterly, these workshops focus on Provider development, including procedural best practices, increasing help rates, and leadership growth.

Certifications

We offer two types of certification programs for front office staff throughout the year:

  • Fundamental:
An introduction to All the Right Things (ATRT), our proven best practices through which daily duties are transformed into long-term strategies that focus on patient care and business growth.
  • Advanced:
Take your skills to the next level! We’ll dive deeper into ATRT and ensure that your staff knows what it takes to demonstrate operational excellence.

Bootcamps

These trainings are held periodically throughout the year for front office staff, providers, and other specialties such as Practice Development Representatives (PDR), and Patient Communications Specialists. These bootcamps are narrowly focused on one discipline at a time to further your team’s expertise (i.e., Insurance Verification, Asking for Patient Reviews, etc.)

1:1 Meetings

The weekly calls between a Practice Leader and their Consult Account Manager are an essential ongoing touchpoint. We discuss short-term and long-term progress, plans for upcoming marketing events, and the results from past events. We also set time aside to assess critical areas of need, such as personnel recruiting and performance management of staff members. The weekly 1:1 provides time to analyze trends, communicate special offerings, and set action plans.

Power Groups

Held quarterly across the country, these regional meetings provide Practice Leaders further networking and leadership development opportunities. Consult’s industry experts share forward-looking industry insights and proven strategies to help attendees hit their financial targets. Building a community of practice leaders who rely on each other for encouragement, accountability, and support is the primary objective of these gatherings.
